Joining anothers family plan

Joining anothers family plan

I haven’t joined any family plan in the last 12months and I’m trying to join my brothers family plan. My younger sister who was on my original duo plan was able to join however for me, it keeps telling me an issue happened after entering the address even though me and my brother live in the same address. I tried on my iPhone, computer and even in incognito mode if needed. Changed passwords and address to make sure none of those were the issue. Is it due to my current plan set to end on 6/27?

 

How to get around this?

Please share the exact error message you're seeing. 🙂

Also, are you currently on a Premium plan? If so, which one?

It just states “There was a problem. Please Try again later” 

 

I just cancelled my premium plan however it goes back to Spotify Free on 6/27

Thanks for letting me know.

 

If you're currently on Premium Individual, you shouldn't have any issues accepting the invite.

 

If you're on Premium Duo, Premium Family or Premium Student, however, you'll first need to wait until you're back on Spotify Free before you'll be able to accept the invite. 🙂
