Keeping playlist in family plan

I want to switch to Premium for Family, but my husband and I both have our music on one account right now. If I switch would one of us have to build our playlist from scratch or could we both keep all our current playlists?

When you switch to premium for family, one of you will have to start from scratch again, but if you want, if you follow each other's playlists, you can listen to the same music. In addition you can make the playlist collaborative, so both of you can add songs. Here's more info.
