My Question or Issue

After being on my family's plan for years, I've been kicked off because I didn't log my address in time. There was no warning I would get kicked off and digging in, it is saying I am not eligible to get back on a family plan for a year! This is ridiculous. How can I get in contact with someone from Spotify to get back on my family's plan?

If you get an email asking you to verify your address and you don't complete it within 7 days, you'll get removed from the plan. 🙂 Feel free to reach out to Support to check if anything can be done about it: https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/

hi! I was automatically removed from my family subscription with my friends and now I can't go back and it all happened because the link to confirm my address did not work for me. help me figure out the problem
