My Question or Issue
I was removed from Spotify Family subscription because I would not have verified my residency in an email. BUT I have never received an email about this, so I could not verify my residency.
So I never had the opportunity to verify the residence.
I also cannot rejoin the family because my account is locked for 12 months.
If the block is not lifted I will definitely switch to Apple Music.

Sorry to hear you've not received a verification email for the plan, this might happen in cases when the email address on your account is not correct or your inbox might have marked our mail as spam or it fell under some other filter.
So as a step one, we'd recommend checking that your info is all correct on your account page here.
Then you can reach out to our support team by picking a channel here who'd be able to help you further with the address verification sine you've missed the 7 day window.
