Kicked out premium

I live on the same address as the other people on my family account but i got kicked out and can't join the premium account anymore?

I'd recommend reaching out to Support so that they can manually confirm your address 🙂

Contact form:

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
