Kid Account in Family Plan

Kid Account in Family Plan

I have added my daughter as Spotify Kid member to my Family plan, however I found it has also occupy one of the total 6 membership accounts? ie her name appear twice on the list now, one being Kid account and another one as normal? Would like to understand how kid account work? Thanks!

Thanks for reaching out.

 

It sounds two of daughters accounts are part of your Premium Family plan. One is a Kids account and the other one is a regular one.

 

Each Kids/regular account takes up 1 slot in the Premium Family plan (out of a maximum of 6).

 

There's a separate app for Spotify Kids and you'll have to log into it using your login details (assuming you're the plan manager). You'll then be able to select her existing Spotify Kids account 🙂
