My Question or Issue

I have two kids accounts but they cannot losten at the same time? Ones got an ipad and the other has an android tablet. They both choose theyre named accounts at the log in but when they are liking music and creating theyre favourites it clashes with the others??? So theyre deleting eachothers songs etc and when they listen to music it changes the song on the other device. How do i remedy this so they can both have thier separate accounts whenever they choose please.

It sounds like they might be accessing the same profile by mistake. We'd recommend logging out and back in to make sure that they're using different Kids accounts.
