Link de invitación familiar no carga

La página donde se ingresan los datos para agregar y aceptar ser miembro de una cuenta familiar no carga queda en Loading... desde el lunes tengo este problema y aún nada que lo solucionan!......... Ayuda por favor...

¿Podrías intentarlo desde un PC de escritorio y usando una ventana de incógnito? También, sugerimos que lo intentes usando diferentes dispositivos o con una conexión a internet diferente.

We hope you don't mind us answering in English, as this is the official language of the Community. Could you let us know if you tried any of the troubleshooting steps that @Aichel suggested - a different internet connection, an incognito browser or opening the invite on another device? That way, if the issue is caused by the cache and data stored in your browser, we can go around it. 

If that doesn't fix things, we'd appreciate it if you send a couple of screenshots of what you see at your end when you try to join the Family plan. You can attach them to your reply using the Post Editor.
