One member have trouble login in on her new phone.

Hey @OleM1,

Thank you for reaching out to the community. We moved your post from Chats to the help boards as its content fits better here.

Having a new phone, it's always a great experience, and listening to your favorite music on it it's even better. If the Family member is having issues logging in, we'd suggest first checking the steps in this article.

As an account could be created with an email address, a Facebook profile, an Apple/Google account, and even a phone number, we'd suggest trying different credentials and methods to log back in to the Premium Family user account.

However, if the issue persists and the user couldn't recover access to their account; since we don't have access to user's accounts in the Community, we'd recommend contacting our Customer Support directly, so they can search for their account with the username you have and help further with this.
