My Question or Issue

I cannot login to the app on a computer since joining premium family. It is saying I have a free account but am able to access the family premium on all other devices

It sounds like you've got two accounts. 🙂 I recommend logging in at https://spotify.com/account and checking what it says there.


If it shows that you're part of the Premium Family plan, you've found the correct account. In that case, simply note the username stated on the page and use it to log into the app.
