Logging in with new phone.

My husband purchased a new phone and needs to download the app. No one remembers the login and I don't want to have 6 of us, log out and login with a new password.

Hello there!

Your husband's login should be his and his alone. 
Because of this, any password reset would only affect his own account 🙂

In case they can't remember their username/email address, they can look through their email inboxes to see which one has been used for the account.
In case they do know the email/username, they can instead reset their password via this link.

P.S. If he's not the plan manager, his account info should be visible when the manager is viewing the members of the plan.
