I just changed from Premium Individual to Premium Family and invited my husband who already has an account and uses Spotify for free. When he opens the link in the invitation he needs to sign in again, but that doesn't work.

I invited my son without any problems.

 

We would be very gracefull if anyone could help us.

Can you please specify why it isn't working? Is he seeing any error message(s)? If so, which one(s) exactly? 🙂
