I have had family plan for a few years now. I was the owner until my account got hacked. Then I had live help from a Spotify staff to reset my account and username while keeping all of my playlists, etc. The problem now is that it appears I'm not the owner anymore as I cannot send and manage new invites (note that one family member account is still working). I would like to regain owner status of my account without losing any personnal music.
By the way, why is live help not available anymore?
