Hey

I went from a "premium" account to a "family for premium", and in the transition all my music and playlists were lost. My profile was completely empty.

Usually the subscription doesn't influence the saved music. That being said, there is a chance you might have logged into another account. Can you check these steps to see if you have secondary account?

 

We'd suggest you also click here and go to receipts to check all the payments for the account. That way you can make sure the switch from one subscription to another went smoothly.
