Lost all my music

Lost all my music

 I somehow got logged off of family plan and couldn't log back in. While trying to recover it I deleted app and then downloaded. When I tried to log back in I accidentally started a new free acct. When I eventually got back onto the family plan it only has access to the brand new acct that has none of my music or playlists. What do I do?

Hey @Helpmeplease1234, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

It sounds like you’re using the wrong account to log in and use Spotify. Can you try to find your other account following these steps?

 

Once you find the other account, try to remember the email associated with that account and ask the plan’s manager to send you an invite following these steps
