Mail address confirmation and data problems

After a month of using Spotify family I received an email asking me to confirm my address of residence. I confirmed my address and I got a message saying: we've sent you an email with instructions to confirm your details. After 4 days it still did not arrive. I also checked the spam folder. How do I fix this problem? If I do not confirm the data my subscription becomes free! THX
