My Question or Issue

I would like to unsuscribe  my acount from Family Plan, but i'm the managing account. I don't find how to do that and change de manager account to another person of the family plan. I can invite and cancel other people but not mine. Can you help me!?

Thanks for answering, but that's not exactly my problem. I am the "manager" of the family plan in which there are 5 more people. I want to go to the free version but then I think the family group is removed, right?

That's correct. If you cancel the subscription, all the accounts will be on Premium until the next billing date. Then they will revert to free service.

 

In case a family member wants to subscribe to Premium for Family, they will need to wait till their account is on free. Then they can head here and subscribe to Premium for Family.

 

Tip: Keep in mind that it's possible to switch plans once in a 12-month period.
