Thanks for reaching out about this in the Community!

 

Sorry to hear that this has happened. Most likely if they've logged out, when they've logged back in it was in another account, which was empty. Accidents like this his can sometimes happen if the original account was created through Facebook or Google and shares the same/ similar email address as the duplicate. The playlists and albums on an account won't get deleted even if they leave a Premium plan.

 

We recommend logging out and making sure they log back in to their original account. They can check which account they've logged in by checking the username and profile picture. You can have a read here for more help 🙂
