Merged a month of prepaid family with 2 days of premium duo

I had a prepaid month of duo in Spotify It had 2 days left before ending so I bought via MasterCard a prepaid month of family now when I opened the app I couldnt invite anyone and it showed the plan that it was still a duo not family

Can you let me know which plan shows in your Spotify account page? If it still shows Duo, it's possible that the plan wasn't switched correctly. I'd recommend checking out this Support article for more info on how to do this.
