Mi plan familiar premium no está funcionando

Tengo suscripción a Plan Familiar Premium y llevo una semana que no puedo conectarme y me indica que me suscriba!! qué puedo hacer?

Hope you don't mind us replying in English. It sounds like you're not seeing your Premium for Family status. Is that correct? 

If so, you might be logged in on another account. You'll find more info and steps on how you can get back to your Premium for Family subscription here.
