Miembros del plan familiar de Spotify

Miembros del plan familiar de Spotify

En el plan familiar solo dejó que 3 de las 5 personas se unieran a dicho plan. A las dos personas restantes (quienes ingresaron exactamente la misma información y nos encontramos en la misma residencia) no nos deja unirnos y únicamente nos aparece un mensaje de "no fue posible sumarte a este plan familiar" después de ingresar los datos. Qué puedo hacer?

Welcome to the Community. Hope you don't mind the reply in English! Let's see what we can do.

 

Here are some things to check first:

  • If you’re accepting the invite on the same device it was sent from, make sure the owner who sent the invite has logged out of their account page first.
  • If you didn’t receive an email with the link, be sure to check your junk/spam folders. 

Additionally, we recommend you check out this page. Especially the part that says 'The invite isn't working'.
