Moving Family Account

Moving Family Account

I have a family member that wants to come off the family plan theyre previously attached to (theyre not the account holder) and onto mine.  Is it as simple as me sending them an invite from mine, does anyone need to do anything else, will one supersede the other? Thanks

Hey @little_red_kate,

 

Thanks for reaching out.

 

They most likely have to leave the Premium Family plan first. This can be done by following the instructions outlined here and it will only cancel their membership within the plan, not the plan itself.
