Moving from Family to Premium Duo Keep Partner on Plan

My Question or Issue

I currently pay for Spotify Family, but it is just my partner and I. I would like to switch to Spotify Premium Duo without having to invite my partner to the new subscription. Can they be automatically put into the new subscription without this step? I would like to have our everything maintained without losing any info.

My first suggestion is that you click on the link bellow to make the change.

The following steps should be quite clear, but let me know if you have any doubts during the process.

You should be able to switch right away, and you won't be charged twice, neither will loose any info.

Hey Bittencourt, 

Thanks for the reply. The part where it says "once you change the subscription, you can invite someone", it seems like it would automatically kick off my partner and then it would reset our combined info as it stands in our family account now. Is that what will happen?
