Mulitple residences for Family Plan

Mulitple residences for Family Plan

Besides my wife and my sis, I own 3 different residences (Beach house, cottage) where I used to have Spotify, they are all mine! I used to have my personal, one for my main home TV (1), one for the Alexa at my beach house (2), another Alexa at the cottage (3). Plus one for me (4) and one for my wife (5). But Spotify is cancelling my accounts and I'm not able to sign in again to the family plan. What are the rules in this case? I've also tried to created brand new accounts and sign in, but it's not allowing me.

Hey @Nelton,

Thank you for reaching out here in the Community.

The rules for the Family subscription are such that all devices/members of the plan need to be registered and used at the same address as described in the T&C's. This is to prevent general misuse of the plan.

It's possible that if you use separate accounts for the devices that are not located in your main address, you wouldn't be able to keep them in the plan as that goes against the guidelines.

Hope you find this useful. Take care 🙂
