Ok so my family had a premium account, for years, Mum forgot to pay the bill so I created my own. Then Mum resubscribed, she sent me a link, I followed the instructions etc and then all my music was gone… help me please!!

Thanks for reaching out.

 

It sounds like you've logged in a different account when accepting the invitation for Premium Family. Please try logging out and back in using a different email address or your Facebook/Google credentials. Once you've located the correct account containing your music, simply ask your mother to remove the other one from the Family plan and re-send you the invite.
