My Premium just turned into Free even though I have Spotify Family

So I don't know why but I just wanted to zone out to some beats but then it strikes me Spotify Free. I have joined a Spotify Family subscription about a month ago, it worked fine untill just a few moments ago when all of a sudden Spotify decides to snitch on me and turn my Premium into a Free account. Can someone help me with this mess? There should be enough money on my card and just a couple days ago Spotify asked me to verify my address, maybe that was a scam or something IDK I just need help to fix this.
