My address is correct and it says to the member that I invited it is wrong

Hello, I need your help I invited a member to my family premium and it doesn't accept my address. I copy the address from my account to his and it always says it is wrong and to try again

I came here to find the answer to this exact question. My partner lives with me and has sent me a screenshot of the account. So we are definitely using the correct postcode, but it still says postcode's don't match

Thanks for posting on the Community. 

 

We suggest that you search the address on Google in order to verify if the info given to you (including the postal code) is located there. If not, we recommend the plan owner to modify it (if necessary) and send you the invitation again. 

 

Make sure to accept the invitation through an incognito window.
