My brother keeps getting blocked from our Family Suscription

My Question or Issue

I have invited my brother 2 consecutive times in our family account. When he verified our address a few days later, he got kicked out, and when I re-invited him, he can't join anymore. I invited him at another e-mail address as well, and it's denying that one too.


His e-mail address is *snip*


We're just using 3 spots out of all available, one for each sibling. It's a shame losing our premium status for no apparent reason every month.


Please fix that. Thank you.

Please tell him to reach out to Support via one of the below ways so that they can manually confirm his address.

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
