My Question or Issue

 I joined family yesterday. My son has received an d set up his account. My other son has not received email. My daughter has received email but cant log in. Please can you help? I ti s very frustrating not being able to talk or email directly to someone.

Hey @Susnee, thanks for writing.

 

Could you try removing the invite you sent and sending a new one to your son's account from an incognito window on a desktop PC? Once he receives it, ask him to check all the folders on his email (including Spam and Trash/Bin). In case this doesn't work, try sending the invite to a separate email address he might have.
