My current family premium owner cant log in with her email

Hello, my issue is that I want to change the payment method and owner for the family premium subscription but I am only a member of the plan. The admin can't log into her Spotify with any email, she can't remember which email she used. We were planning to change new owners, but since the current owner can't remember her Spotify email. Do you have any possible solutions for the issue. Thank you!

Problem solved. We can retrieve her email already👍
