My daughter accepts her family premium invite but it still says invitation pending

Hi, I send an invite to my daughter for our family premium account and she accepts the invitation yet it still says her invite is pendng on my spotify browser? is there another way to do this as we have cancelled and resent the invite like 5 times to no avail

please advise

Thanks for getting in touch!

Have your daughter accept the invitation via an incognito browsing session. The invitation won't work if you're logged in with a different account other than the account that you want to accept the invitation for.

And of course it's important that your daughter has her own account registered with the email address that the invitation has been sent to.
