My daughter and husband could not verify our address - system broken?

I got an email stating my daughter and husband had to verify our address on Spotify, and that they would receive an email. Both received the email and when they would click on the link to verify, they kept receiving an error. Spotify then removed them from the account, and now I cannot add them back!
