My Question or Issue

Hi, one member of my family was eliminated from my Familiar Plan, apparently she didn't notice an email about that issue and was eliminated from the Plan. I tried to send her an invitation but she can't join it, it appears this message: "You're unable to join this Family plan. "


Yes, we live in the same house.

Hi, I tried the solutions from the page but still can't join to the Familiar Plan.

I've exactly the same issue. Who can help? 

why spotify doesn't offer chat support? 

I know, is so cheap from Spotify. Paying a “premium” subscription and don’t having a proper support service for clients.
