My family member can’t join my family plan

My wife  can’t join my family, lol she lives with me right  with me no matter cancel and resend invite same message. Driving me crazy. Please help I have included her account and mine along with the error on the screenshots

The solution is in one of the other posts provided by DMFabio, but will repost here..

 You need to cut and paste the below link into your browser and replace the xx with the code received in the invite..

I've just done it for my 3 kids and it works a treat.
