My Question or Issue

I have three family members on my Premium account, they have had their users for around three years or more. Yesterday Spotify was down at least in Sweden. Today one of them cannot log in with her username.

Can you let me know a little more about what’s happening exactly? Are they seeing any error message(s) when they try logging in? If so, which one(s)?

La panne a eu pour effet de délog les utilisateurs.
Il faut se re log avec son mail et password
