My family members are getting kicked out.

My family members are getting kicked out out of no reason. 2 of 4 members are already kicked from my family plan. I personally entered all of them addresses in order to prevent any trouble like this. Now I'm trying to enter same addresses over and over again but what I only got so far are error messages. Last time I checked we were living in the same house. We are not sharing same rooms if it's the problem. I've started to think if I entered just a random address at first place. Unfortunately, I'm not able to see entered address, at least I couldn't find it. I hope someone can give a helpful solution except recreating an account. Otherwise, it seems I'm going to cancel my subscription. Have a nice one.
