My family members can't get verify

Hey guys. My family members can't get verify by spotify premium for family. We live in same adress (as our accounts information shows), but one of members gets downgraded to free spotify version. Any thougts?

Just to confirm, have you tried resending the invite to your family member? You can find the steps to do so here. If so, we'd suggest asking them to try accepting the invite on an incognito or private window in their browser and see if that helps.

If it doesn't, it'd be helpful if you could let us know if they see an error message so we can take a closer look.
