My family plan invite link isn't working

The family plan creator sent me the link through text and email and all I get is the 404 page. I even made a whole new account to try to join.

Thanks for reaching out.

I recommend making sure the invite link you've received isn't incomplete. It should look something like this: spotify.com/family/join/invite/[some random letters and numbers].

If it's incomplete, please ask the plan manager to create a new invite through a different browser/device and send it to you 🙂
