My father can't join the family subscription

My father can't join the family subscription

My father can't join the family subscription plan even after trying it multiple times now. 

He has the same physical adress as I have and he always gets the notification that he's unable to join after filling in his personal information. 

 

How can this be fixed?

Hey @LouisBraeunig, I'll be happy to help here.

 

Could you try sending your father another invite? If that doesn't help, try sending him one using a different browser or incognito mode. If you're still having trouble - let's try sending one more using a different email address (valid).

 

If none of the above helps, please send me a screenshot of what your father sees when he tries to join your Premium for Family plan.
