My husband can’t use the plan!

My husband can’t use the plan!

Help! Husband going demented. I added him and my 2 girls to the Premium Family plan ages ago. Even when he accepts the invitation (or opens the link) it just says log in to Spotify. But he can’t just link in? If he asks for my password etc then he’d be on my personal account which we don’t want. Any ideas? Girls fine.

Thanks for reaching out to us about this.

 

To join your Family plan your husband needs his own account that he can link to the subscription. This was he'll be able to save his own music and playlists without affecting the other accounts in the plan.

 

He can crate a new account here and follow these steps to add it to the Family plan.

 

If he has any trouble with any of this, we'd recommend following the steps in an Incognito window to avoid any issues with saved cookies and cache.

 

Keep us in the loop and if he gets any error messages, feel free to send us a screenshot of what he sees.
