My husband got unsuscribed of the account

My husband got unsuscribed of the account

Recently got an email from spotify that my husband would be disconected of my premium account (is the only person listed), It said that I should reply to confirm, but there was no way of doing it!!

On friday he was disconected. I'm super dissapointed, please, I need to get him into the account, that's the main reason I moved to premium account.

What do I do?!
