My mom had switched her family plan and I can’t join new one

My mom had switched her family plan and I can’t join new one

My mom had made a new family plan and now I cannot join it because it says I was in a different one so now I can’t join a new one for 12 months and I was wondering if there’s a way around this? Even tho the plan was made by the same account I can’t join it even tho the paid for it

Thanks for reaching out.

 

In that case, the plan was very likely created using a different Spotify account, since you can always re-join the plan you were last in (or a new plan created by the same account).

 

Your mother can head here to find any additional accounts she may have. If she can't find it, she can reach out to Support here.

 

Lastly, please note that there's no way to get around this 12 months policy. You can either wait the remaining time (the 12 months start from the date you switched Duo/Family plans), re-join the plan you were last in or create a new account.
