My moms account for her family plan doesnt show the "send invite" on her account anywhere.

My mom has the family plan on spotify and she wants me to get myself on it, but when i go on her account (on a laptop) and follow the steps (from spotify) it doesn't show the "send invite" on her page, so i cant even invite myself, can you plz help.

To manage the Premium for Family plan, your mother needs to log in to her overview page. She'll be able to manage the plan from there and send you the invite.

You can find a step by step guide on how to manage the Family plan here.

If you're unable to send the invite, try clearing your browser's cache and cookies or using an incognito window.

When she goes into the "premium for family" it goes into the subscrptions everytime and she still doesnt see the botton that says send invite.

Let's make sure you're loggin into the correct account with the Premium for Family plan.

Try following this troubleshooting to make sure your mom doesn't have two or more accounts and you're logging in to the correct one with the plan.

If there are no other accounts but your mother is already paying for the Premium for Family plan, we suggest contacting our Support team via Twitter or Facebook.

They'll be able to take a closer look at the account to point you in the right direction.
