My monthly subscription has expired after 22 days.

I paid family premium on 5 Dec and all the accounts have been suspended today.

Thanks for posting in the Community.

 

Have you paid the full amount for a Family subscription or the amount for one month of Premium Individual? Could you check your Receipts page and confirm?

 

If it's a payment for an individual subscription and you have activated a Family subscription afterwards, the payment would cover approximately 21-22 days of Family.
