My Question or Issue

My music keeps stopping because of to many devices even though we only use two.  How many units can we use at the same time?

How do I solve the problem?

Hello @hesselundstrom!

 

In Spotify, you can only listen to your music in one device at a time. However, you can create several accounts if you want to listen to music in different devices at the same time.

Thanks for your answer.

The problem is that we have a Primeum for family subsciption and that we should be able to play music from one devise each at the same time. But very often Spotify stops playing when one of us is in the car and the other at home. How can this be solved?

 

 

Hello @hesselundstrom!

 

Sorry for any confusion. In Spotify Premiun for Family, you can use different devices simultaneously. However, you'll need to create different accounts for your devices and add them to your plan so you don't interrupt each other's music. You can find more info in this FAQ.

In other words, just make sure that each member of the plan is logging in their own accounts, then those interruptions will not happen again 🙂
