My partner lost access to duo plan

My partner lost access to duo plan

My partner and I have duo plan for a while now. I am currently visiting my family back to my country and he lost his access.
What can we do to fix it?

Thanks for reaching out. As long as the countries on your accounts are still the same, you should be able to just invite him again. If the invite doesn't work, could you let us know what the exact error message you see is? We'll be happy to take a look.
