My roomates got kicked out of my family plan.

This seems to be a re-occuring problem but I have a family plan with my roomates and most of them got kicked out because Spotify was "unable to verify their address". I re-invited them and I can see the requests pending, but they get an error code.

We all travel around quite a lot for work so it's rare that we're all on the same connection, so would varying IP addresses be the issue here?
