My son and I are signed into same account. Cannot fix this!

My son and I are signed into same account. Cannot fix this!

So my son signed in to our family premium plan under my users name and password, which means we cannot both listen to music at the same time. I have tried to sign out and sign in under another username in our family account, but NOTHING is working and there is zero option to get any help from Spotify. How the heck can I create my own account so I can listen when he is using Spotify at the same time? This seems sooo simply, yet I have wasted hours trying to figure this out.

Each member of a Premium Family plan has their own Premium account, and everyone keeps their own password and saved music. 

If you don't have an account yet, you can sign up at https://spotify.com/signup. You can learn how to invite an account to the plan at https://support.spotify.com/article/invite-remove-family-member/.
