My wife and I use same address for Premium Duo, but Spotify says "There is a problem."

My wife and I use same address for Premium Duo, but Spotify says "There is a problem."

My Question or Issue

I have invited my wife to join my Premium Duo account.  For our address, we both used Spotify's Auto-Complete to make sure we are entering the same address.  Even so, Spotify keeps saying "There is a problem."

Can you please share the exact and complete error message you're seeing?

Also, is your wife currently the owner of another Premium Family/Duo plan by any chance?
