My wife can't join my premium for family account

My Question or Issue

 

I got Spotify Premium for Family some time ago, and most of the family members got premium except my wife.

 

I'm not sure how Spotify checks who lives in my household, but maybe, as she went abroad for a month now her suscription is now void. Now I need to correct that issue but every time that I send her the invitation it just says that it was not possible to add her to the plan.

 

Please help us.

Hey @Enzo227, help's here.

 

First, make sure that your wife has the same country settings on her account as you on her account. If that doesn't help, make sure that she logs out from her  account page, and try accepting again.

 

You can also send a new invite to her and see if that works better. 

 

If the issue persists, get back with a screenshot of the error and we'll try to help out.
